More About HM Consulting

I have a passion for Systems implementation supported by a Degree in Food Technology and 20 years experience in Food Manufacturing. I started out doing quality control on a 6 month fixed term contract at a Tetra Pak Beverage company, and ended up as Quality Manager nine and half years later. I then ventured into the long-life sauce and soup industry where I spent five years growing with WW, Spar and Pick 'n Pay retail experience. The next chapter of 3 and half years involved fresh pesto, sauce and soup experience in the ready-to-eat category.  

During my twenty years I have completed various training courses and workshops all to get me here today.

I have the ability to grow your system and build positive relationships at all levels. I enjoy being part of a team and enjoy motivating people to be the best they can be. Although I have a caring nature I can also be firm and exercise discipline when needed, while still showing respect towards other people. My attention to detail and perfectionism is my strength.
