I have served on 2 School Governing Bodies for the last 6 years. Due to my expertise with documents creation and attention to detail, I have been elected as Secretary. In this role I have assisted with the following functions:

• meeting schedules;

• meeting agenda and minutes;

• standardizing of policies and documents;

• creating of SGB file and policy file;

• WCED post shortlisting and interview process with comprehensive minutes

• being available to assist with SGB hiring process.

I have also ensured that the staff feel valued by the SGB by acknowledging important events such as birthdays.
